B. Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
Minute 1 – 200m Row
Minute 2 – 100 Single Unders
Minute 3 – Rest
Fitness Level 2
A. Muscle-Up Progressions
3 x 20 Kip Swings
3 x 10 Box Extensions
3 x 10 Seated MU with Band
*Try and perform a few more reps on each set than last time, with PERFECT form. Exercises to be completed in the order above.
B. Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
Minute 1 – 200m Row
Minute 2 – 50 Double-Unders
Minute 3 – Rest
*This is an aerobic piece. Every round should be about the same pace.
