Warm-Up

Station 1 – Skipping
Station 2 – Mystery Station
Station 3 – Line Station
Station 4 – BJ/BS

A. 10 minutes of Snatch Progressions

B. Three sets of:
1 minutes Burpees (plate)
1 minute Ball Slams
1 minute Box Jumps
1 minute Sit-Ups
1 minute KB Swings
1 minute Double-Unders
1 minute Rest
