Workout of the Day

Fitness Level 1 and 2
A. Five sets of:
4-6 Back Squats @ 70-80%
Rest 30 seconds
5-10 Ring Dips or 10-30 second Support Hold
Rest 2-3 minutes

B. Three sets of:
1 minute Kettlebell Swings
1 minute Box Jumps
1 minute Burpees
1 minute rest
