A. Rowling Game (Warm-Up)

B. Four sets of:
2 Press + 2 Push Press @ moderate weight

*Go over T&G Push Press

C. Three sets @ 80% of:
400m Row
10 Push Press
*complete with a partner, rest while partner works. 
**these should NOT be all out, moderate effort to practice T&G technique and blood flow.
