A. Three sets, not for time, of:
10-60 second Wall Facing Handstand Hold
5-10 Toes-to-Bar
8-15 Wall Balls

B. Alternating with a partner, complete:
30-100 Pull-Ups or 30-100 Ring Rows (each)
*1 partner holds a plank while other partner works.

C. Three sets of:
30 seconds of Wall Balls
30 seconds Rest
30 seconds of Toes-to-Bar
30 seconds Rest
30 seconds of Ball Slams
30 seconds Rest
