Fitness Level 1 and 2

A. 15 minutes of Snatch Practice
*For beginners: progression work with a dowel and bar (working way down the leg).
**Not beginner: progressions + paused pulls off the ground with full catch no higher than 60%. 

B. 15 minutes to Establish a moderate Triple Deadlift
*This should not be maximal, we’re just trying to see approximately where you are at after the break. 

C. AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
7 Deadlifts
7 Box Jumps
*Alternate with a partner every round.
