Thanksgiving WOD

A. Clean & Jerk, build to  a heavy single in 15 minutes 

B. Alternating each round with a partner, 10 rounds for time of:
12 Power Cleans (95/65lbs)
15 Shoulder-to-Overhead (95/65lbs)
*Each partner performs 5 rounds. 



Happy Thanksgiving/Yoga this Week

Tomorrow we are running special gym hours for Thanksgiving Monday with only a 9am CrossFit and 10am Open Gym. If you are in town stop by for a fun workout. Otherwise, happy Thanksgiving and we look forward to seeing everyone later this week!

Also, this Wednesday at 7:30pm we have a special instructor coming in to teach a unique blend of Yoga/Pilates/Gymnastics. This session is free for all Queen Street members and if you enjoy it we may be making it a weekly offering.
