400m Run
21 Kettlebell Swings (53/35lbs)
12 Pull-Ups

 

Competition

Weightlifting
A. Snatch, 6 sets of 3 reps @ 65-70%; rest 2 minutes exactly

B. Power Clean + Clean + Jerk, 6 sets of 2 reps @ 65-70%; rest 2 minutes exactly

Strength & Gymnastics
C. Back Squat @ 31X1, build to today’s heavy double
-then-
4 sets of 3 reps @ 85% of double
*Between each set, perform 2-5 Strict Muscle-Ups (if cannot do, perform 3-5 Challenging Ring Dips)

Conditioning

Upcoming Dates & Beast of the East 2015 Results

We hope that everyone had a relaxing Thanksgiving weekend, and are excited to post about our upcoming events.This week we have our Free Trial Yoga/Pilates/Gymnastics fusion class on Wednesday night at 7:30pm AND our member social event on Saturday. Feel free to bring friends out to any of these events!

Also, this weekend Queen Street had 2 athletes (Storm and Vic) competing at the Beat of the East Competition in Connecticut. In a field of seasoned competitors Storm managed to take 3rd place, and Vic managed to take 12th overall. We are incredibly proud of both of their efforts!
