1 minute Weighted Plank (15-45 seconds)

B. In teams of 2-3, for time:
4000m Row
*SR under 26, 15 second penalty.

Due to demand for a new time, we have switched our introductory program to Tuesday's from 6:30-8pm. This program is for new or current athletes and goes in-depth on the technique for the basic CrossFit exercises.
