Fitness

A. Handstand Pushups, 5 sets of 5 reps @ 31X1; rest 3 minutes
*During rest, perform 10-20 Hollow Rocks

B. With a partner, complete for time:
50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds for time of:
Kettlebell Swings (53/35lbs)
Wall Balls (20/14lbs)
Box Jumps (24/20”)

 

Competition

Weightlifting
A. Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets) of:
 Touch & Go Power Snatch, 4 sets of 5 reps @ 60-65%

Strength and Gymnastics
B. Strict Handstand Pushups, 6 sets of 3-5 reps @ 31X1 (challenging variation); rest 5 minutes
*During rest, perform 5 Pull-Ups (challenging variation). 

C. Bench Press @ 31X1, 5 sets of 3 reps; rest 4+ minutes (build to today’s heaviest triple)

Conditioning
D. With a partner, complete for time:
50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds for time of:
Kettlebell Swings (53/35lbs)
Wall Balls (20/14lbs)
Box Jumps (24/20”)
