B. With a partner, complete, for time:
400m Run
100 Squats
80 Dumbbell Snatches (45/30lbs)
60 Burpees Over Partner
40 Buddy Carries (5 each back and forth)
20 Roll-Ups
400m Run
*25 minute time cap.
