20 Power Cleans (185/125lbs)

Final reminder that Gymnastics WOD is tonight (Thursday) at 7:30pm. This program is open to all Queen Street members and there is no sign-up required. If you are looking to improve your basic gymnastics skills we highly recommend coming out.
