Fitness

A. Back Squat @ 40X1, 5 sets of 3 reps; rest 4+ minutes between sets

B. 10-8-6-4-2, rep rounds for time, of:
Front Squat (155/105lbs)
Pull-Ups
*5 Burpees every minute. 

 

Competition

A. Snatch, 5 sets of 3 reps @ 60%; rest 2 minutes

B. Clean & Jerk, 5 sets of 2 reps @ 60%; rest 2 minutes

C. Back Squat, 5 sets of 3 reps @ 65%; rest 2 minutes

D. 10-8-6-4-2, rep rounds for time, of:
Front Squat (155/105lbs)
Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
*5 Burpees every minute. 

 

Modified Hours for Thanksgiving Monday

Reminder that this Friday there is no Barbell WOD, and Monday hours are modified. There will only be a 9am CrossFit session and 10am Open Gym on Monday October 12th.
