Minute 2 – 5-15 Toes-to-Bar
Minute 3 – Overhead Squats (75/55lbs)

New Lift-Off Time on Saturday

We have changed the time for the Lift Off competition and will now be hosting it at 12:30pm on Saturday instead of 9am. This means that sessions will still be running as normal on Saturday.
