-Gymnastics: Toes-to-Bar, Pull-Ups, Muscle-Ups, Pushups, Handstand Pushups, Rope Climbs, Max Double-Unders, etc…
-Weightlifting: Clean & Jerk, Snatch, Squat, Deadlift, Press, etc…

B. To be announced…



A. CrossFit Open 15.1 and 15.1a
AMRAP in 9 minutes of:
15 Toes-to-Bar
10 Deadlifts (115/75lbs)
5 Snatches (115/75lbs)
-then, immediately into-
6 minutes to establish a Max Clean & Jerk

Happy Holidays

We would like to wish everyone happy holidays from the staff at CrossFit Queen Street!! In case you have not heard, we are closed from December 20th-January 3rd and will resume classes as normal starting on January 4th.

As we go into the new year we would like to take a brief moment to recognize all of the amazing things which have allowed the gym to be as it is today. There are too many people and events to mention, however, we would like to thank everyone who has been with us in any way (large or small) during this journey. To all of the family, friends, coaches, members, strangers, and other individuals who have contributed to the gym in any way we are forever grateful. Queen Street is not the project of a small number of individuals. It is the reflection of a community effort towards building something special.
