Fitness Level 1 and 2

A. 15 minutes of Press or Jerk
*You choose reps and sets, if you want to work strength do presses if you want to work power and technique do jerks.

B. Three sets, not for time, of:
15-60 second Handstand
5-12 Toes-to-Bar or GHD Sit-Ups
5-12 Dips
