Workout of the Day

Fitness Level 1 and 2

A. 15 minutes of Clean Technique Practice 
OR
15 minutes of Handstands and Rolls

B. 20 minutes of Pick Your Own Skill Practice

C. Three sets of:
1 minute Plank (or weighted)
25 Side Hip Raises

 

*Note: after the last 3 days of training, today is meant to be an active recovery/rest day. Ideally you would take the day off and rest up but if you wish to come in and get moving this is meant as a light workout.
