A. Six sets of:
3 Push Press
Rest 2 minutes

B. Five sets of:
8-15 Pushups
Rest 30 seconds
10 Back Squats
rest 2-3 minutes

C. AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
5 Deadlifts
5 Burpees Over-the-Bar

Fitness Level 2

A. Push Jerk
- Take 15 minutes to build to a Heavy Double

B. Five sets of:
5-12 Handstand Pushups
Rest 30 seconds
10 Back Squats
Rest 2-3 minutes

C. AMRAP in 5 minutes of:
Squat Clean and Jerk (165/105lbs)
