Fitness Level 1

A. 15 minutes of Snatch Technique Practice

B. Every minute, on the minute, for 21 minutes:
Minute 1 – 12 Burpees Over the Box
Minute 2 – 120yd Shuttle Run (8 laps)
Minute 3 – 15 Kettlebell Swings

 

Fitness Level 2

A. Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes:
Minutes 1-4 – 3 High-Hang Snatches
Minutes 5-8 – 2 Hang Snatches
Minutes 9-12 – 1 Snatch
*Increase weight throughout. 

B. Every minute, on the minute, for 21 minutes:
Minute 1 – 12 Burpees Over the Box (24/20”)
Minute 2 – 120yd Shuttle Run (8 laps)
Minute 3 – 15 Kettlebell Swings (70/53lbs)
