Minute 1 – 15 Box Jumps (step down)
Minute 2 – 10 Pull-Ups (or variation)
Minute 3 – 30 second Row @ moderate

B. 20 minutes of Pick You Own Skill Practice

C. Two sets of:
Max Knee Raises
45 second Side Plank/side
