Fitness Level 1

A. 12 minutes of Clean Technique Practice

B. 12 minutes of Jerk Technique Practice

C. Every minute, on the minute, for 18 minutes of:
Minute 1 – 12 Hanging Knee Raises
Minute 2 – 30-45 second Plank
Minute 3 – Run 8 Lengths of Gym

 

Fitness Level 2

A. Six sets of:
1 High-Hang Clean
1 Hang Clean
1 Power Clean
Rest 90 seconds
*These should be light, focusing on technique. 

B. Six sets of:
2 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk
Rest 90 seconds
*Light, focusing on technique. 

C. Every minute, on the minute, for 18 minutes of:
Minute 1 – 12 Toes-to-Bar
Minute 2 – 30 second Handstand 
Minute 3 – Run 8 Lengths of Gym (4 times there and back)
