Fitness Level 1 and 2

A. 20 minutes of “Pick Your Own Skills Practice”

B. Every 5 minutes for 20 minutes (4 sets), 2:30 to complete:
50 Double-Unders (or 150 singles)
6 Lap Farmers Carry
20 Ball Slams

 

*Note: the last few days have been pretty shoulder intensive. If you are training today the goal is a moderate effort to help promote recovery.
