Workout of the Day

*Note: we have been loading everyone up quite a bit over the past few weeks so the next two days are going to be focused on lighter recovery workouts.

Fitness Level 1 and 2

A. 15 minutes of Clean Technique Practice
*Level 2: aim for 25-30 quality reps. 

B. For 10 minutes, alternate with a partner:
5 Hang Power Cleans
10 Wall Balls
15 Box Jumps (step-down)
*Switch after each movement. I.e. partner 1 performs 5 HPC, then partner 2 performs 5 HPC, partner 1 does 10 WB, then partner 2 does 10 WB, etc… back and forth for 10 minutes.
