Fitness Level 1 and 2

Fitness Level 1 and 2
A. 20 minutes of Jerk Technique Practice
*from the rack. 

B. Partner Workout
1. Minutes 0-7:
Work up to a Heavy Triple Push Press
*NOT a 1-RM.
2. Minutes 7-14:
AMRAP in 7 minutes of:
5 Burpees
10 Kettle Bell Swings
15 Double-Unders (45 singles)
*Switch with your partner after each movement. 

Score
= combined Push Press weight (lbs) + reps completed (1 rep = 1lb)
*E.g. if a team push presses 95lbs and 115lbs, then performs 4 rounds each of the conditioning. Their score would be 95 + 115 + 240 = 450lbs!

Also, this Saturday (February 14th, 2015), the regularely scheduled session is going to run as a by donation Fund Raiser for the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Seeing as it is Heart & Stroke Month it would be awesome if a lot of people came out and supported. The class will still be running as normal with a fun partner conditioning piece to end the workout. More details to be released soon!
