A. Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Minute 1 – 10 Lengths of Gym 
Minute 2 – 15 Kettle Bell Swings (overhead)
Minute 3 – 20 Sit-Ups
Minute 4 – Rest

B. 20 minutes of Pick Your Skill Practice


CrossFit Open Details for this Week

Tomorrow night (Thursday) CrossFit Open workout number 3 is going to be announced. Coach Owen and potentially a few others are going to be performing the workout immediately after it is announced and would love to have company for it. The workout is announced at 8pm, so if you are interested in coming out please be by the gym for then. 

On Friday night we will be running the Open with the same format as the last two weeks. We will be starting the event at 4pm and have heat sign-up on the boards along with a recommended warm-up for when you arrive. Get excited for another awesome week!
