AMRAP in 14 minutes of:
7 Muscle-Ups
50 Wall Balls (20/14lbs to 10/9ft)
100 Double Unders

AMRAP in 14 minutes of:
50 Wall Balls (20/10lbs to 9ft)
200 Single Unders

The third workout of the CrossFit Open was announced tonight. For the Rx group it is a triplet of Muscle-Ups, Wall Balls, and Double Unders. For the Scaled division it is a couplet of Wall Balls and Double Unders. 

Heats will start again at 4pm tonight and we would love for everyone to stay for the duration to cheer everyone else on. 

We had a few people test this workout last night and our recommendations for how to approach the Rx version are to respect your limits on the Muscle-Ups and break them up as necessary, and to avoid redlining on the other movements but try and keep your rest breaks as short as possible. For the scaled division this is all gas tank, but the same rule applies that if you red line too early it's going to effect you for the rest of the workout. Choose a steady pace for the first 10-12 minutes and then empty your gas tank at the end.
