5 Hang Power Clean
5 Power Clean
5 Press
5 Push Press

B. 15 minutes to Establish a Heavy Single Power Clean & Push Press

C. In teams of 3, complete, for time:
Round 1:
20 Burpees (to plate)
20 Kettle Bell Swings
20 Box Jumps

Round 2:
15 Burpees (to plate)
15 Kettle Bell Swings
15 Box Jumps

Round 3:
10 Burpees (to plate)
10 Kettle Bell Swings
10 Box Jumps

*Notes: each team member goes through the full round before the next team member can begin.
