Fitness Level 1

A. Specific Warm-Up
Three sets of:
5 Jerk Footwork Drills
5 Push Press (45/35lbs)
5 Split Jerks or Push Jerks (45/35lbs)

B. 15 minutes to Work up in weight on Split Jerk or Push Jerk

C. For time:
100 Ball Slams
80 Pushups (or modified)
60 Ring Rows
40 Shoulder-to-Overhead
20 Calorie Row
*18 minute time cap. 

Fitness Level 2

A. Specific Warm-Up
Three sets of:
5 Jerk Footwork Drills
5 Push Press (45/35lbs)
5 Split Jerks or Push Jerks (45/35lbs)

B. Take 15 minutes to Work up in weight on Split Jerk or Push Jerk

C. For time:
100 Ball Slams
80 Pushups (hand-release)
60 Pull-Ups
40 Shoulder-to-Overhead (95/65lbs)
20 Calorie Row
*18 minute time cap.
