AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
3 Handstand Pushups
3 Cleans (185lbs)
6 Handstand Pushups
3 Cleans (185lbs)
9 Handstand Pushups
3 Cleans (185lbs)
12 Handstand Pushups
6 Cleans (185lbs)
15 Handstand Pushups
6 Cleans (185lbs)

*Continue up the ladder adding 3 HSPU every round, and 3 Cleans every 3 rounds. 

 

Scaled

AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
10 Push Press (95/65lbs)
10 Cleans (115/75lbs)

 

 

Tonight

We will be running the same format for the Open tonight as the last two weeks with heats starting at 4pm and sign-up when you arrive. Look forward to seeing everyone out!
