A. Choose 1:
- Establish a Heavy Single Back Squat or Front Squat
- Establish a 5-RM Bench Press or Shoulder Press
- Gymnastics/Weightlifting Skill Work

B. In teams of 2-3, complete, for time:
120 Deadlifts (185/125lbs)
120 Burpees (onto a plate)
120 Front Squats (135/95lbs)
200 Double-Unders
