Fitness Level 1 and 2

A. Specific Warm-Up (Snatch)
5 Overhead Squats
5 Down and Up
5 Elbows High
5 Muscle Snatch
5 Snatch Drop
5 High-Hang Power Snatch
5 Hang Power Snatch
5 Power Snatch

B. Eight sets of:
1 Snatch Pull + 1 High Hang Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch
Rest 90 seconds
*increase weight as long as technique holds up to a moderately heavy set for the day. 

C. Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
Minute 1 – 45 second Weighted Plank
Minute 2 – 45 second Chinese Plank
