Workout of the Day

Fitness Level 1 and 2

A. Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
Minute 1 – 10 Thrusters (75/55lbs)
Minute 2 – 15 Box Jumps (24/20”)
Minute 3 – 15 Kettle-Bell Swings (overhead)
*40 second cap on each minute. 
**If necessary scale the reps, but reps should remain the same for entire 15 minutes. 

B. Six sets of:
1 High-Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
Rest 90 seconds

C. Six sets of:
1 Power clean + 1 Clean + 1 Jerk
Rest 90 seconds
