A. Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Minute 1 – 45 seconds of Single Unders
Minute 2 – 45 seconds of Overhead Squats
Minute 3 – 45 seconds of Downward Dog to Cobra
Minute 4 – Rest
B. 20 minutes of Pick Your Movement Practice
Open Workout 2 & Friday Night Lights Schedule
Last week CrossFit Open workout 15.1 was one of the best events we have run at the gym so far. The energy was amazing and we were super impressed with everyone's efforts. This week's event is going to be just as awesome, but we have made some slight adjustments to the formatting, so please read below.
This week for CrossFit Open workout 15.2 we will once again be watching the announcement and doing a trial run of it on Thursday night at 8pm. Anyone who wishes to join us is more than welcome to.
The workout will once again be running on Friday night starting at 4pm. The major change this week is that instead of signing up for your heats ahead of time, we would like for everyone to be at the gym for 4pm and stay for the duration of the event. If you have to leave early due to scheduling conflicts that is tally fine, but we would like for as many people to be there as possible this week. Once you arrive at 4pm we will have heat times written up on the board and you can sign-up then.
