Workout of the Day

Fitness Level 1 and 2

*We apologize for the delay in posting the workout today but we wanted to see how people were feeling after the Open workout last night and program accordingly. If you have not already check out the photos we posted, head over to the Facebook page. 


A. Three sets, not for time, of:
7 Wall Balls (light)
7 Box Jumps (easy)

B. Five sets of:
3 Deadlifts + 3 Hang Power Cleans + 3 Front Squats + 3 Push Press
Rest 1 minute 

C. Take 15 minutes to Establish a Heavy Double Front Squat OR a Heavy Double Push Press

D. Three sets of:
15 Knee Raises (slow and controlled)
20 Sit-Ups
