Fitness Level 1 and 2

A. Specific Warm-Up
Three sets of:
5 Jerk Footwork Drills
5 Push Press
5 Split Jerks

B. Take 15 minutes to Establish a Heavy Single Split Jerk
*Level 1 will do a press single and jerk technique work. 

C. Alternating with a partner:
AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
10 Push Press
10 Box Jumps
10 Wall Balls
*Partner 1 performs 10 push press, followed by partner 2, then 10 box jumps, followed by partner 2, etc…
