Fitness Level 1 and 2

A. Jerk Technique Warm-Up
5 Footwork Drills
5 Push Press (45/35lbs)
5 Jerks (power or split, 45/35lbs)

B. 15 minutes of Jerk Triples, nothing over 70%
*Focus on footwork and receiving position. 

C. 20 minutes of Pick Your Own Skill Practice or Light Conditioning (athletes choice)
