Workout of the Day

Fitness Level 1

A. Five set of:
6 Back Squats
Rest 3-4 minutes
*Increase the weight from last week. 

B. Three rounds for time of:
15 Box Jumps (24/20”)
20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35lbs)
25 Sit-Ups
*10 minutes time cap.

 

Fitness Level 2

A. Five sets of:
8 Back Squats
Rest 3-4 minutes
*Increase 5-10lbs from last week. 
**These should be as heavy as possible, take as much rest as needed between sets to complete your sets. 

B. Three rounds for time of:
15 Box Jumps (24/20”)
20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35lbs)
25 Sit-Ups
*10 minutes time cap. 
**KB Swings should be performed overhead.
