B. Take 15 minutes to Establish a Moderate-Heavy Triple Power Clean

C. For time:
Ten sets of:
1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Press + 1 Back Squat + 1 Behind the Neck Push Press @ 115/75lbs
