Workout of the Day

Fitness Level 1 and 2

A. Clean Specific Warm-Up

B. Five sets of:
5 High-Hang to Above the Knee + 1 Hang Clean
Rest 90 seconds
*Build gradually in load, goal is to feel the back angle change while the knee angle remains the same. 

C. Take 12 minutes to build up to a Clean Single
*If technique is there and feeling good, go for it. If not, stay lighter. 
**This can be a power of full clean. 

D. AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
Partner 1 – Max Power Cleans (135/95lbs)
Partner 2 – 200m Run 
*Goal is to do as many reps as possible.
