Workout of the Day

Fitness Level 1 and 2

A. Six sets of:
3 Overhead Squats
Rest 2-3 minutes
*If feeling good, work up in weight to a heavy triple. Otherwise, technique work. 

B. Five sets of:
20m Farmers Carry (as heavy as possible)
10 Box  Jumps (24/20”)
-rest 5 minutes-
For time:
200 Double-Unders
100 Wall Balls (20/14lbs)
*10 minute time cap.

- Saturday April 25th: Gym Closed
- Monday April 27th - Friday May 1st: only OPEN GYM from 4:30-6:30pm each night.
- Saturday May 2nd-Monday May 4th: Gym Closed
- Tuesday May 5th Onwards: NEW SCHEDULE
