Workout of the Day
Fitness Level 1 and 2
A. 25 minutes, choose ONE of the following:
1. Establish a Single Back Squat (does not have to be a 1-RM)
2. Five sets of: 3 Strict Press (as heavy as possible)
3. 25 minutes of Handstand Work
- 5 x 15-20 sec Wall Facing HS
- 3 x 10-15 Shoulder Shrugs
- 3 x Max Shoulder Taps
B. “Nicole Goodbye”
Every minute on the minute, for as long as possible:
5 Deadlifts (225/155lbs)
*Add 1 rep to the burpees every minute.

Monday April 27th - Friday May 1st: 4:30-6:30pm OPEN GYM

Sunday May 3rd: Closed
Monday May 4th: 4:30-6:30pm Open Gym
Tuesday May 5th: Regular Schedule and New Hours!!!
