Workout of the Day

*Please note that for the following week, due to the gym being closed except for Open Gym from 4:30-6:30pm all of the recommended workouts will be very basic. The goal is to keep moving but not overly tax the system and get ready for an awesome start to summer training next week. You are welcome to add more on top of these workouts and do some specific skill practice in areas you would like to improve. These workouts should take less than 45 minutes. 



A. Three sets of:
5-8 Back Squats @ 70%+
Rest 2-3 minutes

B. AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
400m Run
30 Kettle Bell Swings (53/35lbs)
