At-Home Workouts for the Week

WOD 1

A. 10 minutes of Handstand Practice
-Wall First
-Then, freestanding if feeling good. 
*Outdoors on the grass is preferable for free standing, especially if you’re by yourself. 

B. For time:
50 Burpees

 

WOD 2

A. For time:
100 Squats
80 Sit-Ups
60 Pushups
40 Lunges
400m Run

 

 

WOD 3

A. 20-15-10-5 rep rounds for time of:
Pushups
Jumping Squats

 

 

WOD 4

A. Go for a Hike with friends!!!
