Fitness Level 1

A. Clean Specific Warm-Up

B. 15 minutes of Clean Technique Practice

C. In teams of 2-3 athletes, AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
250/200m Row
Max Kettle-Bell Swings
Rest
*Partner on the rower will keep track of the rotation. Every time they finish, the team rotates. 

 

Fitness Level 2

A. Clean Specific Warm-Up

B. Six sets of:
1 High-Hang Clean + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Clean
Rest 2 minutes

C. In teams of 2-3 athletes, AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
250/200m Row
Max Power Cleans (135/95lbs)
Rest 
*Partner on the rower will keep track of the rotation. Every time they finish, the team rotates. 

 

IWF "Lift the World" Documentary

The International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) recently put out a great documentary on the sport of weightlifting meant to introduce beginners to what the sport is about. It is very well done and we highly recommend watching it and sharing it with friends.
