Fitness

A. For 15 minutes, choose ONE of the following:
-Power Snatch, up to a heavy triple.
- Bench Press, up to a moderate triple. 

B. Complete, for time, with a partner:
100 Burpees
100  Double-Unders
200 Sit-Ups
100 Double-Unders
100 Burpees
*20 minute time cap. 

 

Competition

A. Four sets for times of:
400 meter run
10 Deadlifts (315/215 lb.)
20 Box Jumps Overs (24/20″)
30 Pull-Ups
400 meter run
Rest 5 minutes between sets

 

Weekend Schedule
