A. 15 minutes to complete:
Six sets of:
1 Pull to Above Knee + 1 Hang Snatch Pull + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch
*If time is left over in the 15 minutes, build to a moderate snatch for today after the technique work. 

B. Six Sets of:
3 Back Squats @ straight weight
Rest 3 minutes
*As heavy as possible. 
**Take no more than 20 minutes. 

C. AMRAP in 8 minutes of: 
5 Box Jumps 
7 Toes-to-Bar
10 Kettlebell Swings
