15-30 second Front-to-Back Swings 

B. 20 minutes of Pick your own Skill Practice
-Weightlifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk)
-Handstands (walking, balancing, etc…)
-Rolls and Cartwheels
-etc…

C. Coaches Choice WOD

Active Recovery Day

*Rest.
**Eat.
