15-30 second Front-to-Back Swings
15-30 second Hollow Body Hold

B. 20 minutes of Pick your own Skill Practice
-Weightlifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk)
-Handstands (walking, balancing, etc…)
-Rolls and Cartwheels
-etc…

The Queen Street Seminar Series - Toes-to-Bar and Clean Progressions

We are pleased to announce that next Monday from 6:30-7:30pm we will be hosting an in gym seminar to go over both Toes-to-Bar and Clean Progressions. The goal of this seminar is to provide our athletes with technique feedback on the movements, as well as options for scaling and appropriate progressions based upon your current ability level. This seminar is free for all Queen Street members!
