A. Back Squat, 4 sets of 5-8 reps @ 31X1; rest 4 minutes
*During rest, perform 3-5 Challenging Ring Dips

B. In teams of 2, complete, for time:
800m Run
50 Muscle-Ups or 60 Burpee Pull-Ups
800m Run
*15 minute time cap.
