A. Back Squat, 4 sets of 8 reps
Rest 4+ minutes between sets

B. Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes: 
Minute 1 – 10 Romanian Deadlifts
Minute 2 – 45 second Plank
Minute 3 – 80m Pinch Grip Plate Carry



A. Back Squat, 5 sets of 5 reps
Rest 4+ minutes

B. In teams of 2, complete, 5 sets of:
200m Run
Max Deadlifts (225/155lbs)
*One partner runs while the other partner Deadlifts.
